Anerexia Symptoms

Many times, victims of anerexia or anorexia don't
link the anerexia symptoms they experience
with their adopted dangerous lifestyle.

Having lived with it, it is easy for me to pick out
the symptoms in victims.
The initial symptom you'll notice is your
obsession with weight and weight-related issues.
Next, is your interest in calorie contents of foods.
That is, you always want to know how many
calories you are pumping into your system
if you eat the particular food.

Then you start picking at your foods.
Really get choosy about what foods to eat.
Eat a little of them.
Get to the mirror to check what fat the food gave.
Jump on the scale as often as possible to
check your weight.

The mirror always reflects what you are.
But nope, you see only a fat you.
The more you pick at the foods, the more
in charge or control you feel.
You may like me then, have a very
rigid exercise regimen.

Your quest is to thin out.
Your body adjusts to this new lifestyle.
There'll be hunger pangs initially.
But this soon stops as the body learns
to accept hunger.
In reaction, your different organs start
complaining.

You don't give them the required nourishment
so, they start misbehaving.
In my case, my heart started aching.
The most frightening were the sharp
pains i felt in my heart regularly.
Also, there were irregular heart beats.
This of course could lead to heart attack.

Headaches, dizziness, fogginess in the brain,
inability to think through a matter, irritability
are all a daily occurrence.
You must have noticed these.

Sleeplessness or insomnia affects productivity
the next day.
Isolation and loneliness, makes an anerexic
nurse suicidal thoughts.

I had thin brittle hair that kept cutting.
I would spend money buying recommended
hair-treatment creams to no avail.
Blurred vision and osteoporosis are also anerexic symptoms.
For women, irregular periods and fertility issues arise.

These anerexia symptoms are geared to
devalue, destabilize, demobilize, and finally kill the victim.
So the worst of the symptoms is death.

But you could find help here.
You are welcome!
